Deactivating a facebook page is like kicking a puppy!

I've just discovered you can deactivate your facebook page, but my god do they try to make you feel bad while doing it.
>(There may be some bad language in this)<
What happened:
me> Deactivate account
them> Password
me> Gives it
Them> You sure?
Me> Yes
them> Hmmm you really sure? These people will miss you *it lists the 5 people i accepted and the 45 people waiting*
Me> YES!
them> Really? okay could you type the 2 words you see separated by a space *some stupid graphic*
Me> Does it
Them> Hmm you got that right.....you really sure?
Me> "Fucking fucky fuck YEEESSSS!!!!!
Them> Hmmm....errr...okay...these people will no longer be able to remain in contact with you, some might kill themselves because of it......it's a big move breeze, can i call you breeze? Please stay...
Me> No!
Them> Was that a no to deactivating your page?
Me> *facepalms* No...no it wasn't
Them> Oh....i see, it's like that then. But....tell me the truth....is there another social networking site you've been seeing? I can take it, i just need to know.
Me> WTF?
Them> Please just tell me?
Me> What? i don't believe this!! No...no there isn't
Them> Oh.....so this is it then? You're leaving?
Me> YEEEEEES!!!!
Them> Fine! *Deactivates my page and slams the door on the way out* But not before telling me the people left will miss me.

I deactivated it if anyone wonders as it was never used, never visited by me and a little bit pointless in my opinion.
I have my FA page and that does me just fine

I prefer cats but i wouldn't kick a puppy......well maybe a light nudge
Even playing with kittens can be painful afterwards when their razor sharp claws leave a lattice of red lines and pain behind. You never notice at the time of course

The best thing to do is to delete your profile: this removes all your information, all comments, all pictures, etc.
Go to http://www.facebook.com/help/contac.....delete_account to do that :3

Oh, in case they didn't inform you, after you did all that to tell it to delete your page, your account is still active for two weeks, and if you log in again then it makes you redo that whole process. I still had auto-fill on for facebook and a friend wanted to check on theirs on my comp. It logged me and was like, "Oh Krech! You came back to me!" *Deletes my requests to be removed from facebook*
Not much of a deactivation really, just a pause.
haha i never thought of that! I never use autofill in case family or friends stop by, some bookmarks might be hard enough to explain without having accounts there
