KYFF update

Had a few folks asking about KYFF lately so here's the lowdown:
KYFF is offline until further notice due to several factors. The biggest one is that if things go well, I'll be done at the radio station very shortly, and as such will be without a recording studio. For some reason my computer doesn't want to record (I know its fixable, I just need to work on it some night) but being able to do live runs and hear how the finished piece will sound together, work on scripts in live time, and all that is invaluble; eventually I really will need to contact one of the studios and arrange for booth rental time.
The second big problem is that Ice and I have had what I think the PC-corporate phrase would term a "communicaton breakdown" and as such there's been no movement on the KYFF front, either in writing, recording, or even being able to discuss what's happening. Due to his current situation I don't think that's going to change anytime soon, but it's on his end and there's nothing at all I can do about it except sit here with my thumb up my ass. Yeah, real cranky lion over here on that front. *growls*
No, I am not going to take the KYFF name and add anyone else; KYFF is ME AND ICE, and the name is being reserved for that purpose, I can't take and use it any more than he can (well, I COULD, as I have a logged inquiry to the FCC for the name and therefore a record of intent with the letters, but I won't). No, I'm not going to start working with anyone else in the near future. Yes, if I leave the station and still have recording opportunities through some studio use somewhere and Ice isn't ready to go, I may explore other projects, but that's not something I'm even considering until after MFF at the very least. I have no idea whatsoever what Ice's plans are at this point, so you'd have to ask him.

As for future projects for you? That is entirely up to you, whether you want to do some banter with someone, another solo rant, or whatever you feel like. Fans should respect the artist enough to allow them leeway and time when they need it and let said artist do what they need to do. You have your own life that needs tending and you should feel no obligation to do otherwise.
As for those who don't understand this? Well, **shrugs** mores the pity I suppose. We are all only mortal and human, no one is perfect in any way. Do what you need to do and what you feel is right FOR YOU right now, we'll still be here when you're ready to show off again. **winks**

I mean, i Knew KYFF was going to be down for a while cuz of the recording station issue, but hell, i can help you get your PC up and running in a short amount of time, and you won't even have to worry about that kinda garbage.
Don't count me out just cuz you aint heard from me or nothin.
(It helps if you make yourself VISABLE on Yahoo, at least to me, XD)
