i cant not get right. (sleep issues?)

for the past week i keep falling asleep early (10-11-12AM) where i would stay up till 2-3-4AM. and i have been wakeing up nonstop too. when im awake , im falling asleep when i stand up , i think ima pass out (you know , wobbley hot ) whhhhhat can i do? cause sleeping more isnt not helping what so ever. my friend suggested working out. but i cant get my ass up and standing long enough.
um no caffeine either. real suggestions?

And eat food. :Y
You should be drinking at least 8 cups of water a day.
With heat, maybe two gallons perhaps.
Increase intake. Water gooooood. :V
