Have you done a system update as well as check and see if your tablet is updated as well?

yes :C , i just recently downloaded photoshop elements 8 aswell and i still have the same problem.

Hmm that sucks. I'm sorry. =( Maybe try to find a key online, that could bypass your issue if Wacom hasn't sent you it, though I think you mean Adobe if I read it correctly.
