Pushing the other journal down as it is no longer current; Alex has been reinstated and all seems well for now.

I think that what we can take away from this is that when administrative action needs to be taken, making it light-hearted and funny is the wrong way to go about it. Dealing with violations of the rules is a serious matter and needs to be treated as such--anything else incites emotions and drama that can lead to further problems.

I believe that's all I will probably have to say on the matter in announcements like this.
