Anyone willing to share/give a free shell account?

So here I am writing my first ever post in my journal.
Either way, Hello folks!
Here's the story:
I live in a dorm. We have one ip for the whole dorm and our net admin (actually two of them) is a big piece of ass hole. All ports are blocked (other dorms don't have such restrictions), instead of limiting transfer speed, he bans for 24h everyone for downloading >250mb in 30 minutes. You can never catch him in his room, unless you messed up something and he has to fix it. If you try to contact him on any IM he replies to contact the other admin which is never online or around -_-
I asked him to unblock the ports I use for IRC and MUCK, and he did. But today instead of connecting to the irc server or muck server I get a http error -_- both admins are offline and missing.. and seriously.. I don't give a fuck about it anymore. I want to get a shell account and connect to irc and muck from there. At least it'll be more reliable, I think. Tried getting some accounts... sdf is really not free.. you need to pay 5$ to be able to use irc and muck clients. Other sites require you to contact the staff on irc, which I'm not able to do, or complete a form and wait... -_- so... I'm pissed and just annoyed by everything...
My grades aren't going as I hoped.. so this was the final straw...
