Yes, Pyro and Engineer, fuck yeah, not at all. :D

I've played as Pyro and Engineer a wee bit, just to do it. I'm not good at ambushes, and I've just not played Engie enough to get it down, and I end up disappointing the team with poor sentry/dispenser placement. :c

I've logged in most of my time as the Medic, but in a close second is the Sniper. I like supporting the team as a medic, and I feel much more comfortable sniping targets in important areas like capture points or payload bombs.

I've also been playing a lot as the soldier, he's pretty easy to get into. I use him mostly for when I'm on an attacking team in payload... and I'll use Scout to capture control points or flags. :3

What kind of strategies and tactics do you use with the Pyro and Engie?

Pyro is basically just pick the important targets, chase them and make sure they're dead or almost dead by the time you retreat/die. Medics, spies, engineers who lurk too far away from their stuff. The occasional ambush is amazing, though it's really hard to set them up. And stay away from Heavies.

Engineer is really just trial and error. Finding places that are really good, either through experimentation or watching other engineers, is key, and if you've got a sentry up for a while and it dies, pick another good spot for a little while. Then try moving to the first one. It catches them offguard.

Personally, I'm a big Scout/Medic player.
Scout, because it's just fun as hell.
Medic, because it's just so good to run into a group of enemies with an uber'd Pyro, and know that it's because of you that everything is dying. :3

Yes, I'm excited for the Engie update, but I doubt I'll ever actually get any of the new stuff because of how rarely I play it, nowadays.

I was pissed at the new UI, but I got over it eventually, it's not too bad once you go through it and get those info-bubbles out of the way.

And I lurve the Scoot/Medic classes. Playing a good round as a Medic is so rewarding, it's like you did a good job at being a mother for your team. They grow up and kill people so fast. ;__;

I think I just need to play around with it a bit more..

BUT, I KNOOOOOOWWWW~. I've always wondered, though... What exactly IS the Medic shooting out of his Medigun? Happy thoughts and rainbow smiles that stitch together any wound, even a bullet through a thick skull? o3o

I've always considered it to be some type of charged particles or radiation or something.

I usually play as engineer or spy :3 I havnt played it in a little while, but the engie update is definetly gonna bring me back in.

The Spy is a cool dude, but I'm not very good playing as the spy. I'm apparently horrible at sneaking around enemy bases and my disguises never fool anyone.

Eh, ya just gotta die a few times to understand the enemy's attack and defense patterns, then adjust to em. and watch out for pyros :P

That's what I heard, that it's pretty much a cub-haven. That isn't the only reason I don't want to use it though.
