I suspect I have low blood sugar :O
Did a bit of online checking and found the symptoms. They're consistent with what I've got going, not just that so too are the causes. To make matters worse I perform tasks that tax my blood sugar a great deal all day.
In general my productivity is terrible, my motivation is near non existent, my brain is lazy and I've experienced periods where none of those things are true.
So my goal is to fix this issue with radical shifts in my diet. I don't think I have any physiological problems causing this since it's pretty mild compared to what it could be.
I'll probably get this checked out by a doctor in the near future too, despite my tendency to nearly faint around them. Which is probably also related to low blood sugar X3
This could result in a rather massive change in my life if my hunch is accurate.
Anyone have any experience dealing with hypoglycemia and any dietary tips?
In the meantime I'm increasing my fruit intake substantially and adding potatoes to my regular diet. I can manage bouts of afternoon fatigue with strategic cookie consumption :P

also sounds like it could be a vitamin d deficiency
Simple sugars will raise blood sugar, but carbs and complex sugars sustain you better...
Basically, avoid corn syrup, have whole grain.
Though, having a chocolate bar or something nearby will be useful as it can restore your sugar level in the short term...
I'd get checked out though.
If you do find you have it, look into Liberty Medial, we can get your diabeetus testing supplies and if needed, medications delivered right to your door.
Don't just worry but put it off thinking it might be an issue, its easy to find out and to take a corrective course to mitigate the problems it will only bring on if you let it slide.
This is sweeter than all the sugar the world.
But as it was stated above, definitely the carbs during your day will help you stay in the range you need. If you need any other advice or anything, feel free to message me and I can help you more.
First of all, get to a doctor and get a blood test. It's best to make sure whether it's hypoglycemia, something not as bad, or something worse. :/
Diet: What's worked for me is following the old adage "Eat like a king in the morning, a lord in the afternoon, and a peasant at night". Basicially, eat a really good breakfast, a "normal" sized lunch, and a "sensible" supper. Also make sure you have at least 2 snacks in between meals consisting of high protein and complex sugars (nut and fruit trail mix, for example). Limit your processed sugar intake, but do keep a chocolate bar or some cookies on hand for when your blood sugar dips too low and you need to raise it fairly quickly. Drink plenty of water and fresh (not from concentrate) fruit juices.
Exercise: Walk 30 minutes a day. If you can't go outside, then get Wii Fit or EA Fitness or even DDR for the xbox or Wii and have fun for an hour. :)
I'm borderline, but I don't manage my diet and and I'm all over the chart. I haven't been consistent with my exercise which only makes it worse. What gets bad is when I start snaking on carrots because they give me my sugar rush, but I'll go through a 1 pound bag in a single sitting.
Diet wise, snickers bars and chocolate are not the best option Muir's advice is best. Only eat those things when you feel a crash coming on. Try to cut a huge majority of processed foods out of your diet. They're just so awful for your body and could even be causing a problem if you eat alot of fast food/candies/soda.
Good luck getting better! Definitely discuss everything with your doctor, they'll figure it all out :3
