I've recently bought Urban Space Squirrels on the Xbox LIVE Indie Games channel. 20 levels of platforming fun for a dollar (limited offer). This game is great fun, and the production values are probably the best I've seen in a XBLIG so far. Just thought I'd plug it because the developers deserve to do well.
Other games on XBLIG that are fun - Gerbil Physics 1 and 2, Switchboard and War of Words.

I recommend all of them if you're looking to support smaller developers and if you like sci-fi stuff.
