I'm thinking about opening up commissions on this site (I may regret this XD), and if I did, I can accedpt Paypal only :(
Would anyone be interested in a commission? NEEDS INSPIRATION -_-
Not sure about the prices yet, but I can do digital art pieces and flash animations.

My recommendation: go to the forums here and start a thread in the art trade section to build a portfolio first. That way, you can show of your work easier and get some free publicity from others. I would go for icons/avatars since a lot of people will see them.
