How often do the people you work with simply drive you nuts?

It happens pretty frequently here, and this morning I just can't stand it. It's been a rough week, and today it just kinda rubs me the wrong way.

To preface, I have absolutely no issue with having fun at work. It's part of the day, and if you don't have a little fun people will explode, and somebody will bring a gun in.

Nobody wants that.

What's killing me this morning is the fact that the entire office, minus me, is standing in the front of the store bullshitting and standing around. Literally, the entire store. I don't consider myself an extremely dedicated employee, but this was frustrating to see. Mainly because my boss has been jumping down my throat about productivity. How exactly is this productive?
