Well, did you have a good con? Any highlights?

The entire con was simply fucking amazing! I'm getting the PCD already, and I don't like it. Best con to date.

Furry cons are one of the best things about this fandom.

PCD sucks. Good to see you made it home in one piece. We got in about 1:30 AM last night after dodging Chi-town traffic and dealing with a near-miss on the Jeep. Awesome con was awesome.

I was wondering when you guys made it in, and didn't want to risk waking anybody up. I pulled up to my place about 1:20 AM, and made pretty decent time once I got out of the Chicago rain and traffic nonsense.

I'm trying to stay upbeat here, but it's a bit difficult. I can't wait for an FCN repeat of awesomeness.

Yeah, my phone died about two hours into the trip.

Didn't help we sat in Chicago traffic and moved 15 miles in an hour. Plus we had to get off the highway and find a gas station in a stop-and-go mess since the Jeep was overheating. Fortunately we were able to fix things and get back on the road with little drama, but the rain followed us the whole way, except when we dropped Nuka off.

The traffic trying to get out of Chicago was nuts going my way too, I don't get it. I managed to get out of the rain once I got down into southern Illinois. It was a really nice trip after that.

It's a good thing Shiro is a motorhead, so you guys didn't have any real troubles. I thought you guys had that all fixed up at Target?

I would get into the IRC, but I'm actually at work right now. Kinda killing some time with FA right now. Could you throw the IRC info my way so I can join you guys at some point though? :3

Well.... when he was fixing things at Target, I guess he didn't get the cap back on tight and we were basically throwing coolant all over the engine. About six or so miles down, he noticed steam/smoke rising up off the engine. A little further down still, he realized that he had lost almost all the coolant and a bit of oil as well. We almost DIDN'T make it to the gas station because of the traffic and the assholes.

I really HATE big city traffic.

You guys are pretty lucky then. I definitely don't miss the traffic of that city. One of the benefits of living in the small areas. It's pretty much all my fault if I get stuck somewhere. I'm glad you guys were able to get home okay.
