Im 195 - donno my BMI, but for my height, I should be no more than 185. Im fat 8-(

the only good thing about being sooo overweight is that... well you can easily lose 20 pounds just by walking for 20 minutes a day XD

whats funny is that i had a bad day food wise. I had wendys for lunch and a big italian dinner. Now I'm 4 pounds heavier then i was this morning XD

Was 140.. then from work related stress in 2004 went up to 180. Then dropped it to 165. Must get it down another 5 pounds to have a BMI of about ... well under 20 for my 5'9" height.
