So... things are pretty shit for me right now. I've done something to my back and have been told by doctors I can't sit, stand or lay down for more than 20 minutes or it locks up.

I got sunburnt yesterday really badly too, on my back as well so not a good time for my back lately.

Lastly.. I got told I have type 2 diabetes today, tomorrow's my first appointment with the diabetes nurse so... not feeling great about anything right now.

While all this is going on I'm suffering with my anxiety and depression badly too.

I'm not writing this for sympathy just needed to get these out of my head so that maybe I'll be able to sleep...
