Help? Character design/new fur.

I love this murry purry furry world.
Xineos is a new fur to the community and I would like to help him out in getting his character drawn up. Funds are low, so if any artists are bored and want to play around with some character design/development please let me know. He has decided that he is of the feline persuasion, a snow leopard to be exact. Note me or reply to this journal if you will.

Ewwwwwwwwwww a feline! lol jk. I might be able to come up with a few things but I'm not gonna make any promises, I gotta lot of stuff on my plate at the moment. 4 questions for the character. What is the build, Hair style/color, Eye color and clothing?

Somewhat muscular, I don't know about hair, Orange-ish eyes, and I don't know on the clothing either. But he has some tribal markings in mind. Not sure exactly how, but we're working on it.

I'm willing to make him a ref sheet if he wants, and because he's your friend and he's new to the fandom, I'll only charge $15, which is half price. If not I can do him a simple sketch with some flat color slapped over it for free.
