Mice problems
What the heck is going on with modern periferics?, specially mice, their quality literally suck more and more and break is matter of months, years ago i got my first optical mice, around 2002 a Logitech, dont recall the exact model but it lasted easily 5 years until it didnt break, the button sink and was hard to click on it so got another logitech one, it lasted around a year then broke, started to double click....So got another one logitech again and lasted around 8 months, this one went insane, double and triple clicked even cuadruple clicked sometimes but rarely single, sometimes I clicked a window and opened, closed then opened again or a program opened 3-4 times was totally nuts, now well I decided logitech was hitting the can so got a new one Microsoft one standard one well, got it 6 months ago and now it doesnt even click lol.....its just unbelievable....I dont mistreat my mice...everyone knows I love them...lol

Seriously, I am no engineer, but I'd have to guess it's part of a continuing trend with manufacturing in general. I'm a fairly young guy still and the first time I ever really noticed it was when my SNES controllers started breaking... all while my NES ones held up fine despite worse abuse from my sister. Looking back, I'm guessing the SNES/Supaa Famicom was made with planned obsolescence in mind while the NES/Famicom was... less so.
Gee, my Logitech trackball from the early 2000s is still working fine, but now I have to wonder...
