I work at a local Target store and I had a couple run ins with the neighborhood meth addict. He doesn't seem dangerous, he's just creepy as all hell. Today he collapsed in the store and had to be taken out via ambulance. Only to return as the store was closing and had to be escorted out again.

I don't understand why they let him in to begin with. For some reason he's always coming to my department to look at toys and write stuff down, for what reason I don't know.
