The things I learned about people(Rant of the month)

A lot of people are takers in this world with such a small amount of givers. I know there are a lot of people who fit this profile but there are levels of the degree of taking. Hell, I'm even a taker. I'll grab whatever I can, especially if I don't have to work for it. But I'm also a giver, so all in all I guess some how it balances things out. We just have to avoid those who want to take your blood, sweat and tears away from you for free, not to mention time.
Why am I saying this? It's just that today, I found out somebody gave me something just for the fact that I was giving to others. Personally, I was shocked since I never knew a human being was capable of having such generosity. It's actually kind of illogical to me haha. Just proves that I guess I don't have people totally figured out yet. =]
That, and my expectations of people. It seems I've been wrong a LOT about a LOT of people. What I'm saying is that the people who I think are jerks end up being some of the nicest people I've ever met. And some people who I think are outgoing and fun to talk to end up being pretty reserved and passive.
What I'm trying to say with this one is that I really learned that you really can't judge a book by their cover. Everyone's different in so many ways. So getting to know a bunch of people, like you, should be an interesting experience every time.
And to the people who do read this, I want to say thank you for caring about what I have to say. You are the ones that are my true friends even though I should be talking to you way more haha. I am blessed by your prescence. =]

Needless to say, when you do more background checks on them you could end up making a friend a 2. I made 2-3 friends who I thought were jerks the past couple of months do to this.
As for the "give or take" part, I've always been taker, but a shy one. But when I take I always try to give someone in return. Still, Im not used to getting things from either friends or strangers yet. ^.=.^;
Hopefully you'll only experience the good side of people, instead of the bad.
