So I recieved bad news last night.
My uncle died.
I wasn't one hundred percent surprised because he was a BIG guy (had heart surgery several times) and old.
But I still feel like I got the wind knocked out of me.
I leave Monday for the funeral and will be going to stay with family awhile. I'll be checking my phone and emails but it won't be for much more than that.
My uncle Johnny was a big part of my life when I was in high school and also was one of the greatest people out there to me. Sure he was a bit silly, but he was great and had a caring part about him. He was the one who taught me the " if I pick on you it's bc I love you" policy.
Sorry I am rambling a bit. I have to go and get some stuff done. I have work soon and I need to get myself prepared... Oh god this is going to be a long day.

And, I guess this is somehow one of the advantages of having no real family connections. Never having to go to such emotional events x_X Good lucks
