5 Bedroom house seeking to fill two rooms. Located in Powder House Square of Somerville, MA. Roughly a 5 minute walk from Davis Square on the Red Line with several local buses stopping at Powder House Square.
Seeking somewhat respectable people with steady jobs. Rent varies slightly based on room size but varies between the $500 and $620 range. It seems expensive, but the location more then makes up for it.
No in-house laundry, laundry mat is located across the street from the house - less then a 2 minute walk on a bad day! Internet ready, no cable TV or land-line phone - we do have a wall-sized HD Projector, though! This is also a pet-free and smoke free house, but feel free to venture out onto the porch (Front or Back) at 2am to smoke like we do!
Room sizes and rent can be discussed upon contact. Hope you don't mind living with a bunch of queers, cause there ain't a straight thing currently in the house! =D
