The premise is pretty much this:
A skinhead Neo Nazi ends up in a mental institution finds / befriends / falls in love with a black chick that thinks she's the second coming of Adolf Hitler.
As absurd as all that sounds, it's an amazing, beautiful movie and I couldn't recommend it to you hard enough.
