I feel awesome right now.
Went for a half hour run this morning.
Which I plan on doing every morning.
And every night I'm doing a mix of crunches, jumping jacks, pushups, situps, and yoga/stretching.
As for numbers of each, depends on how much I can handle that night, but I'm trying to go 20/50/20/30 and 15 min before and after.

i google'd exercises and picked the ones I liked that were achievable and would bring results if done in mindless repetition
if you do it so often your body will get used to it
