More weight lifting info

I honestly feel A LOT better about myself ever since I started bodybuilding. Now I don't plan on being 200lbs or anything *laughs* but have that beefy look to me. After about 3 weeks of diet, weights and just plain ol making time for myself, it has really payed off. I am taking some supplements but nothing major (protein, creatine, pre work out, Flax seed oil, and multi vitamin). I have more energy and am just overall happier about myself. Anybody out there wanna share their work out or weight lifting stories?

I haven't checked a lot of stuff other than the motions and such, but it's good for what I've used it for, if nothing else.
I need to start working out again. I stopped for about 2 months now and I'm starting to feel crappy again.
Need to get off my duff and go do it. >:U
