I have some that have a noise reduction rating of 33 decibels. Does anyone know of a better kind that blocks out ALL noise? Decently priced of course, with these I can still hear people walking upstairs, closing doors hard, and starting the washer. (I have very good hearing -_-') I also have a small fan running on high right beside my head on a nightstand, doesn't help. Blehhhh @ noise >:u!
