Are you that stupid to realize that most of the people having them are 18~25 and in no position to have a child? Yes. If the age was not so high, illegal drinking would not be as much of an issue. If it’s easier for them to get a hold of these things, don’t you think they will try these far more horrible and unpredictable substances then a well-documented and LEGAL drink.
