These semi-intellectual sounding statements you make will have ZERO effect in a court of law. You have already agreed to FurAffinity's TOS which in extension also includes IMVU's TOS. You can not go making grandiose pseudo-legal claims which attempt to retroactively negate part of all of the TOS, that is not how these things work. The only way to win is to QUIT FurAffinity and remove all your work.
