Got news today at work that one of my coworkers lost her baby. The infant girl's been sick for the last month but apparently today she finally succumbed to illness. I've seen the little girl before when she was in good health and I knew her mother well. It's sad to hear that such a young life has come to end so prematurely. I can't even imagine what my coworker is going through right now.
