A lot of the time, they try to talk to you more. I've got all these Mexican girls at work trying to talk to me, but I don't speak Spanish. It's a shame too, one of them told me I have a beautiful face, and I think she's hot, but I can't tell her because I don't know how to speak to her, and because of the language barrier, it probably won't work. :C

You can tell her, "Creo que eres una mujer hermosa" which means "I think you're a beautiful woman" in Spanish. The 'j' is pronounced like an 'h' in English, and a Spanish 'h' is silent. Put it together and the last two words sound like "moohair airmosa."

I know enough Spanish to say she's beautiful but I don't want to sound awkward. Thank you. :3

Well about girls I would say if they like to tease and joke with you alot thats a hint. But in the end its rare to find a woman who will tell you straight up she really likes you. So as a man ya gotta step it up and find out maybe in a jokingly way just in case you need an exit door ya know, heh

Well, I am a straight girl. >shrug< When I'm more into a guy I tend to listen more and ask quesitons. I try to get to know the person better. If its going well so far I go out of my way to hang out with them if they dont oppose. I actually do not say that I am into them directly unless i'm really really sure. But sometimes it just falls together on its own.
I guess from personal observation of watching other people- girls sometimes act a little more flirty when they like a guy, but it really depends on the girl and how bold they are. I'm a bit more on the timid side around people the first few times.
