Name: Langaboo
Pronunciation: Lang-guh-boo
Family: Mammal
Diet: Omnivore
Habitat: Islands/coastline
Climate: Warm/tropical
Appearance
The most notifiable thing about Langaboo's is their big nose. It helps them in finding foods as well as members of their family. They have long floppy ears which they use as radar dishes when using sonar in the water to find food. A long fully prehensile tail helps them propel through the water, as well as hanging from trees when foraging for food. Partially webbed hands and fully webbed feet also help with swimming. They have a forked tongue and much like the giraffe, its strong enough to strip leaves off trees as well as a full head of hair like that of a human. Otherwise, they are covered in a fine soft fur.
Diet
Langaboo's eat mainly seafood. Clams, oysters, fish, and sometimes if their lucky, crabs. They also enjoy any fruits they can find, such as pineapples and berries.
Behavior
Their social structure consists of a a alpha male and female that are not a breeding pair. They can each have their own mate of ether gender that they can freely have sex with. The alphas dictate who can breed and when. If conception happens without the approval of the alphas, both parties will ether be exiled or enslaved. If they are enslaved, the child will ether be enslaved as well or offered as a sacrifice to the Gods. The only exception to that rule is if it is one of the alpha mates, in which the alphas will discus what will happen to them. It could be from anything from nothing to execution.
Male/Female
There are two main differences between a male and a female Langaboo. Males have a floof at the end of their tail the same color as the hair on their head and three small horns on their muzzle which they use to show dominance over other Langaboo, where as females don't.
Reproduction
Langaboo genitals are basically the same as that of a human. Males have the same penis and testicles, the only difference being their testicles are covered in fur. Females have breasts and a vagina the same as that of a female human, the only difference being no pubic hair as they are covered in fur. Both male and female Langaboo's have nipples.
