I'm covered in blue and yellow dust after two hours sanding the logos and warnings off of two Maverick frames. x,x Sanding is by far the worst part of modding/painting these things. It takes forever, makes a mess, smells bad, and makes MY HANDS DIRTY! AUGHHHH! (I have the rather feline trait of loathing dirty-hands.)

I finished modifying a second Longshot, and it seems to work just fine. Hello quadrupled range! There's just one left to do, and I'll have three superpowered Longshots to work with. Then I need to upgrade the guts of the LS that's still in pieces, getting painted.

I've been selling off some of the guns I've collected over time, trying to free up some room in my living space and get some cash for it. I sold a Supermaxx 5000 to a guy for 50 bucks, for instance. Apparently that's a gun you can modify to let you kill squirrels with its foam darts. (Prolly an exaggeration.) I'm selling the crank-driven Razorbeast to someone else for 20 bucks and a Vortex Tornado: a gun that fires Koosh-brand rubber rings. It has a really neat shape to it that I look forward to painting.
