Many of you know via Twitter that I threw my back out and Ravid had to take me to Urgent Care. He found me on the floor in the fetal position just outside my room crying in pain. I had called him several times from my phone which I had on me since I was getting ready for work. we eventually got me in an upright position and off to the Doc, bottom line is I have/had a lumbosacral sprain, which basically means OMFG OW! there are no spurs or growths on my spine which was a surprise since for years I have been told that I had a deformed vertebra, not the case, but I am apparently loosing the curvature of my spine and the bones are degenerating. *shrug*

Long story short, was ordered lots of rest and some not so helpful muscle relaxers. ended up calling for better pain pills a few days later, all in all I am able to walk normally now and woke up yesterday & today without any pain. going to try stretches the doc recommended tomorrow.

That's about it I guess, Oh I did drag my ass out today for an interview at a production company, keeping my fingers crossed for that.
