1) The first DeLorean is the one Marty took back from 1985 in Part I and is under a tarp near the clock tower.
2) The second DeLorean is the one Old Biff took back from 2015 and is parked outside the Tannen home on the street.
3) The third DeLorean is the one taken back by Marty and Doc from the alternate 1985 and is hidden behind a billboard.
4) The forth DeLorean is the one hidden in a cave by Doc from 1885 in Part III.
