I know it's been quite some time after you asked, but I only saw this now. I'd be willing to do this (if the offer is still open that is), my price range is 3$-8$, depending how much effort it will be. Colored it'll be a maximum of 11$. I'll do everything traditional, but I offer to do it digitally too, however this will take a bit longer and cost a bit more since I'm still slow with this medium. Digitally it would be a max. of 14$.
