Art Request: Only taking one- ~Free full art.~

I'm feeling really generous for a change. I thought maybe a contest would be interesting, but that would take too long, and I'd probably be so picky on entries. So here's the deal. First to post a reference(s) and idea of what they want... gets full free art. However, this is only being done ONCE. Why? Because full art takes forever, and my birthday is soon. =D ((Aug 17th.))
Requirements:
-It must be post-able. If it's not then that's just boring. D: Need I explain more?
-You must have a reference or two.
-You CAN have more than one character.
-It WILL be colored/inked/full background...ed.....
-Prefer if you post here but a note is fine. I can look at timing. ;P
