MORE INFOSo I just made a decision to spend five days living below the extreme poverty line…
I know. Ridiculous… (Today I start day 4, wish me luck! :3)
Why?? Well because after living all my life in absolute comfort, I have no idea at all what it’s like to live in extreme poverty (and I probably never will…).
So I’ve committed to spending five days eating on less than $2 a day, which is the World Bank’s extreme poverty line in Australian terms.
In doing it I’m also seeking to raise awareness of the lives of the 1.4 billion who do the same every day, and raising money to …
I’d love it if you could support me for this! I love food more than anyone pretty much. These last two days is gonna be hard…
Oh hey, and for every $500 dollars raised I’m gonna do an extra day!! (which may have been a REALLY bad decision)
