Golfer's Elbow Acquired ... And I Don't Even Like Golf
15 years ago
Mini-golf is fun though.
So I've been diagnosed with Golfer's Elbow today. It sucks, but it's nice to get a diagnosis to the pain I've been having the last few weeks. =P Anyone ever had this before? Or Tennis Elbow?
I guess mine started due to playing Mario Kart Wii all afternoon with Windash one day, and daily activities since just agitating it and not letting it heal very well. Some days are better than others but it's still not perfect. Hopefully the brace I'm getting will help it out.
Scribblenauts Round of 8 results will be posted tomorrow. My Mum took the DS so I'll have to wait until then. >>
Cheers! =)

My elbow HAS been hurting me lately, but it's probably from training.
I have to say though an "MMA elbow" sounds much more hardcore than a golf elbow. :P
Seriously though, I hope it heals quickly and without complication.
How come your mom took the DS? xD
I just kept it wrapped for a few days with a tube compression thingy, stretched it every once and a while and it healed. :3
It's really annoying that it doesn't go away quickly. >_>
Glad you're over it yourself!
:3
It did teach me to stretch out before sparring, so that will also help. Like, just stretch out the top part of your arms, biceps and stuff, and it'll help you avoid getting it. I haven't gotten it since I started stretching. :D
According to it, I'm severely overweight. But I'm in better shape than some people skinnier than me. Lol.
Yeah, it's really just a pulled muscle, so not stretching makes everyone more prone to it. x3
Feel better, okay?
