okay i have to wonder, I'm not even sure what brought this up anymore, I understand why people pierce ears, nipples, eyebrows, belly buttons.. all of that.. I may not agree with them but I understand it. but the one thing i don't understand, and maybe if someone who does reads this they can inform me, but why... WHY... would anyone ever pierce their penis? why... to enhance sexual stimulation? does that even make sense? hell does it work? i cant imagine damaging something like that would make it feel better to have sex..

course from what i've played with in the past, both parties love a penis piercing generally, extra stimulation on the penis and the vagina/anus :)
i personally feel no remorse for the pain those people go through when getting a penis tat or piercing though...i'd never do it, and i've seen some jacob's ladder piercings on the penis too! D:
And to be completely honest, while not exactly unpleasant, nipple peircings actually hurt *more* than gential peircings. This is from experience.
My... girlfriend's boyfriend has a frenum piercing and yes it's just fun and I think everyone near him like the aesthetic. Also imagine the advantages of tying string to external parts of the piercing, for leash play.
The only disadvantage I can think of is the scraping of enamel from teeth =O.o=
