I know not everyone that knows me will be able to see this, but I need to put this down anyway. The keyboard is completely shot, and needs to be replaced. This is easy to do, as I have more than a few keyboards to use, plus the onscreen keyboard, plus a usb keyboard my dad has at work. In short, I have no limit to options, I just haven't had the inclination to do any repairs... call it a vacation of sorts if you want.
