Back from the dead! Also, fursona confusions~

So I'm back! I went on an impromptu week-long excursion with 
banalheart and 
torick over at their place. Do you know how hard it is for three fatties to fit comfortably in a studio apartment the size of an itty-bitty hotel room? Shit sucks, yo. BUT we had love so it's okay. :>
Anyways, so I realized something over the weekend. I'm a furry without a fursona. :O
I want to save up for a cute little hooved-something fullsuit and really get in character at cons and stuff, but I don't really feel like I "connect" to any character I've set as my "fursona." Aderyn, the musk deer, and now Little Miss Sparkleferret are all just fun characters to draw. They just all happen to do/wear/have the same shit I do.
I don't want a character that's different from my actual personality (like roleplay as a badass assassin/stripper panther or something), but I really can't find something that I can really stick with. I don't relate to animals, I'm pretty happy being a human lol. I thought about a humanoid character, but goddammit I hate elves and shit haha.
I'm thinking something grody. Something I don't have to bother making pretty. Something that embodies all of my interests (gore, creepy shit, small mammals, cyborgs/androids, androgyny, ect.). But I dunno what, lol. So there'll be a few ref sheets coming through soon for me to test out character designs and such.
SO ANYWAYS i dunno why i typed this out.
Time for a nap.

But siruly. You love being cute hun, I see you feel amazing when ever you look in the mirror and think you look cute. So why not instead of trying to make a character that is cute on perpus make one that has the cute just come naturally.
Except the musk deer. I had to force her to be cute.
