And wow, 12 subjects, you have a much wider curriculum than my school does, that's for sure. As long as you're happy with your grades, then that's great ^^ And a distinction for drama, too. Just....don't move to Bollywood XD

Yeah, I seriously do feel overworked, and I fear me burning out in the future and doing exactly that XD

You can tell I am usually very busy because I rarely ever post artworks because I never get the time to do them, and to still make sure I go through all my FA messages (because you guys mean a lot to me) and do my schoolwork, I end up sleeping 4 or 5 hours on most nights

Damn, you need to cut down on something. Don't you ever get a chance to have a break and just sit there going "So what am i meant to do now?"

No, sadly i rarely get that kinda time these days. I hardly watch TV anymore The closest I get are these depressed episodes where for the whole day I'll feel tired, uninterested, and no compelling to do anything at all, and then I totally get fucked up the next day when that work pile sup >.<

Jeeeeeeesus christ man! Your a bloody worker ant! You need to do something about that, otherwise it'll completely consume your life with it's vicious cycleness. XD

Yeah, I've been told that. The most respite I get really is the two or so hours I spend checking my FA, and hopefully catching someone online. It's like an escape for me from my nonstop-working, straight A, top of the class, multiple awards a semester life

Maybe it's a compulsion, or an obsession of yours to be this hard working.

Or maybe it's just my upbringing. My parents always pushed me to do my best, eventually to the point where As became my standard and if I dipped my parents would not be happy. They did a lot back when I was in primary school to get my level to where it is now, like tuition classes, and caning if I was slack in homework or tried to ignore a project, as well as installing regulations like only playing my Sega Dreamcast on weekends

Caning?! Man.... I've had the "Banned from *insert console here*" punishment, and it definitely taught me a lesson, but Caning?!

It must have programmed your brain to think that missed work = pain. They've fuckin brainwashed you from what i can gather!

I don't mean any offense at all, obviously, but man...

Well, here it's acceptable to cane your kids when they fall out of line, and it probably did just that. It might also be due to the fact that Asian parents are a lot stricter than European parents. They don't cane me anymore, but my little sister does get it when she is majorly misbehaving

God... that sound hellish...

They only reserve it as a last resort, though. And frankly she does deserve it when my dad brings the cane out!

Well, even so..... there has to be a better solution. =/

Well, in asian cultures it's accepted. They do use other methods first. Usually my dad's yelling is intimidating enough to be a punishment

Well, it does have it's pros. I top the class, for instance and should get into most Universities easy ^^ The downside is I'm always stressed, tense, and have little free time

Banlieu 13, starring the originators of Parkour, David Belle and some bloke called sebastien.

It's about an area of paris which has been cordoned off from the rest of the city cus it's full of crimelords, criminals and just generally unpleasant people.
the main character is a free running vigilante who has to work with a cop in order to stop a stolen nuke from going off, but there's a whole twist to the the story too, like a vengeance act by his kingpin enemy.

It's beautifully shot, Brilliant acting and stunts that make you gasp like nothing on earth. It's amazing. XD

Wow, it's a really quirky arty rom com. Really funny, and a tad head wrecking XD
