If I cannot be a butterfly that flies through your skies...
I will never buy a computer from you again. I am not someone who is unreasonable. I however am someone we can hold a grudge. I often try to look beyond the flaws in a person and be friendly and reasonable to anyone. I do not like frustrating people, I can tease and be silly at times, However I never intent to hurt anyone. However this stunt you pulled on me goes too far.
My reasoning;
Your powersupplies are known to be cheap.
Your service has shown itself to be slow and stressful. 2.5 weeks for a stresstest?
You supplied me with a desktop that doesn't boot.
You supplied me with a desktop whose start button get's stuck behind the front plate and whose function is debatable.
You according to the repair report only checked the power supply ( with winstresstest ) while the diagnose of the computer was: Broken ( doesn't do anything )
I assume: You failed to check if it actually could boot an OS
I assume: You never checked other components to see if other components still work normally.
I assume: You broke the damn startbutton.
Medion, I will abuse the **** out of your warranty till my desktop works.
