Kinda both. I already have a DS... I really don't wanna buy a psp JUST for kingdom hearts.

I found quite a bit of games that interest me, so for me, it was well worth it

KH: CoM - have GBA, Final Mix+ PS2 release, and US PS2 release
KH2 - have PS2 release and Final Mix+ PS2 release
KH: Coded - Don't have
KH: 358/2 days - had to borrow a friends
KH: BBS - will probably borrow a friends
KH: 3DS - i dunno
KH: ReCoded - we'll see
KH3 - we'll have to see XD

So yeah, i don't even own half of the games, due to the cross-consoles

I really hope it doesn't go cross platform for KH3. I hate the XBox with a passion

I am getting it but the final mixes will never be released in the US because Square said that any special releases that they release will only be released in Japan because they can be fucking douches. Either you learn Japanese and cough up the money to buy and get it mailed to you or stop bitching because you are not going to get the special versions ever!

Also, there will be a Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep - Final Mix by the end of the year because it will happen.

They are? I thought only the mainline games were getting final mixes? (then again BBS was pretty epic comparitively)

Well, there is going to be a lot of extra stuff in the NA version that they didn't add in the Japanese version like the extra boss and stuff for multi-player. So, there is going to be a final mix because then there going to add stuff that will be connected to Kingdom Hearts 3.

I'm not likely to get it right off, but I am planning to get it eventually. To be honest, I think the games are ok, I've played the first to main games, but still haven't played any of the weird subtitled ones. At least this subtitle rolls of the tongue better then 365/2 days...

As for the Final Mixes, I could be wrong, but aren't they basically the Japan re-release with the extras they made for the US release? If that's the case, why would they bother with a release of it outside of the area that got the lighter release since outside Japan I believe everyone get the better release.

Japan gets everything the American one added plus a little more, so basically, Japan always eventually gets the better game, which is totally unfair to the American fans

Oh, also Birth By Sleep is supposed to be as major to the series as Kh1 & 2
