Okay...No matter what I do it wil only let me draw in like...black and shades of grey no matter what colors I pick...I've tried closing it and re-opening it and everything...WTF PHOTOSHOP. Help Please !!!
To fix it just do this:
Image>Mode>RGB
It happens to me at times. x3
