From what I know, Kioko is a sketch dump for  tricksta as well as a watcher account for his friend. So it's like shared.

Yeah, a little. I think Kioko was Tricksta's old account. Then he moved to Tricksta. Within the past week he gave the Kioko account to a friend of his (I assume because the FA registration has been disabled), but then today he announced he would be posting his sketch and inked art to the Kioko account. So his non-artist friend is using the account, I assume to look at porn, while Tricksta is posting his non-colored work.
