Please reconsider. New photomorph rules have been proposed that are far better than the current AUP ones. I would very much appreciate your comments on them; Damaratus has requested that the photomorph artists tell him what they think of these proposed new photomorph rules which would replace the current AUP photomorph rules. Please comment!!! Your comments will be given careful consideration.

"1. Any image taken by the user (i.e. falls within the "by you, for you" policy) may be utilized for a photomorph (it does not matter whether it is full or partial).

2. If the image falls under for you (public domain and paid for images fall under this), then a link or form of proof still needs to be provided (i.e. giving credit where credit is do).

3. If the image used falls outside of the "by you, for you" policy, then the morph must be a full morph. Essentially the creation of a derivative work, that on its own could be copyrighted and does not contain portions of the original, copyrighted work that it was morphed from."
