Try clearing you cache should help things. Also check for add-ons and disable some/all see what happens.

ok i deleted it and re-installed it

the wireless G card i bought recently was shit

i transferred the wireless G adapter settings to my 360 slim

and now it is stuck using wireless G

i even tried turning my wireless router off and back on after resetting my console to system default

i handed it back in and got a wireless N adapter after handing the wireless G adapter back

Internets was designed to be difficult :) especially wireless.
