Misuse of the word "Innocent"

Does anybody else find it annoying when overtly sexual images are labeled as "innocent?" Obviously, if your subject is posing seductively or engaged in sexual activities willingly, they are far from innocent.
Innocent is the child who does not understand sex. Innocent is the rape victim who did not choose their actions. Innocent is NOT the girl tugging down her panties and looking coy. Innocent is NOT the tied up fellow with the throbbing erection. Innocent is not pretending to be innocent.

Innocence is something that can never be regained. Sure, it's a "duh" thing to say, but that's probably because we all lost it a long time ago. Seems to me like innocence is something worth protecting.
