Looking for artists suggestions

Alright so I'm finally making this journal becuase all the artists I've asked in the last few days, are either closed for commissions, or won't do a character sheet or it will cost me ATLEAST $1000 for it. ($1000 I'm not exaggerating at all)
so yea. I want to get a well done, moderately or highly complex character sheet. I'm willing to drop $200-$350 on it, but no more as that's an insane amount for a digital piece of work. If anyone that is watching me and can give me a good suggestion to someone who is either open right now or is can start it in the next few weeks that would be fantastic.

Apologies I can't be of help to point you in the right direction though... I'll poke around a bit however, see if anyone seems to fit said build fer ya.

Fair amount of description with character details, such as age, sex, preferences, hight and details about hir rear end, as it's not your typical rear ;P
Ok, I'll take a look at my list tomorrow (getting late for me, need to log off soonish) and send you a list via note of artists which could interest you and are, for what I know, more reasonable in pricing.
Oh, and... hum, if you want, note me the details of your 'atypical rear', you got me curious here! ^^
