So, I graduated from culinary school with my AAS back in... eep... Nov '03. I've been working predominantly in baking and pastry since then.
Tomorrow is my first day going back for the bachelors. Vocal performance and music education. Unsurprisingly, there's remarkably little overlap, so I'm basically starting as a freshman. Yes, I will be 50% older than most of my classmates.
Should be fun!
