i've seen it almost all the time, though on second thought mostly inbound from Taiwan, so I guess it's also an immigration thing? dang, i can't find it anywhere on the internet! but basically, nefarious dog people smuggling fruits into california, causing untold horrors of fruit devastation, etc.

Haha, I'll have to book a flight in from Taiwan and find out ^_^
